This feature is activated whenever Microsoft Intune/ Mobile Device Management tool or recovery password used to unlock a Bit Locker protect drive. As result, recovery password will better have protected when user manually unlock a BitLocker drive.

Key-rolling and Key-rotation

Win 10, 1909 version include two new feature called Key rolling and Key rotation enable secure rolling of Recovery password on Mobile Device Management managed AAD device on demand from Microsoft Intune/Mobile Device Manage tool or when recovery password is use to unlock the Bit-Locker protect drive. This feature help prevents accidental recovery password disclosure as part of manual BitLocker drives unlock by user.

Transport Layer Security

An experimental implementation of Transport Layer Security 1.3 includes in Win 10, 1909 version. Transport Layer Security 1.3 disable by defaults system wide. If you enable Transport Layer Security 1.3 on a device for testing, then it can be enable in Internet Explorer 11.0 & Microsoft Edge by using Internet Option. For beta version of Microsoft Edge on Chrome, Transport Layer Security 1.3 is not built on the Windows Transport Layer Security stack, and is instead configured independently, using the Edge.

Setup Diag version 1.6.0.42 available.

Setup Diag is command-line tools that can help diagnose why a Windows10 updates failed. Setup Diag works by searching Windows Setup log files. When searching log files, Setup Diag uses a set of rules to match known issue. In the current version of Setup Diag there are 53 rule contained in rules.xml file, which is extracted when Setup Diag is run. The rules.xml file will be updated as new versions of Setup Diag are made available.
